My kids love Easter. They get that it is the most important Feast Day of the church calendar. We look forward as a family to attending either the beautiful evening Easter Vigil Mass, or the joyous, music-filled Easter Sunday morning Mass.
But although we are trying to raise saints, no one is immune to the call of the chocolate. Go ahead, groan.] are only rolled out on very special occasions in our house.

I love the idea of the hop scotch mat! Super cute and durable, and good for a rainy day. I have to say, my favorite Easter tradition is dressing the kids up in the fanciest clothes, gloves, and hat. Something so old-fashioned and delicate about it!

My favorite recipe from the Hershey’s site is the coconut marshmallow nests. Our big tradition is passing a giant laundry basket of treats, and having each person pick. The basket goes round and round until it’s empty.

My favorite Easter tradition is dyeing eggs and doing an egg hunt. We have often done fun variations of the egg hunt, such as a geocache hunt in the mountains or on the beach is we are not at home! I like the Hershey’s flowerpot bouquet craft. It’s cute and would make a nice decoration!
